It is located in Zvolen, Central Slovakia. Zvolen is District City with nearly 50 000 inhabitants and a good accessibility from any part of Slovakia.

Pub Merlin is built as a solitaire building close to the College. During the school year there are nearly 1 300 students what offers very perspective and stabile customers potential. The Pub is very close to the Center of Zvolen and to the Bus and Train Station – only few minutes by walk.

The building represents very unusual and unique architectonic solution and it is up to new owner’s fantasy how to use its advantages. The building was constructed more than 20 years ago and doesn’t require any substantial changes or reconstructions. The building itself consist of two floors with two separate Bars.
